CLASS stands for Customer Local Area Signaling Service. CLASS gives you features for the way you want to live. The CLASS features INNOVATIVE TELEPHONE offers are: ANONYMOUS CALL REJECTION - (ACR) - ACR allows customers with Caller ID to block incoming calls from callers who have intentionally blocked their number delivery. This feature is provided free of charge to all customers with Caller ID. Anonymous Call Rejection - Activation 77 / Anonymous Call Rejection - Deactivation 87 CANCEL CALL WAITING - This feature allows you to cancel the operation of call waiting for one call. Call waiting is automatically reactivated when you disconnect from the call. Cancel Call Waiting Activation 70 - Residential - $1.10 per month / Business - $1.50 per month CALLER ID (WITH ANONYMOUS CALL REJECTION) - Caller ID lets you know the telephone number and/or name of your incoming callers before answering. This feature requires the use of special telephone equipment that has a display screen. No Activation Code Required. CALLER ID BASIC - Displays telephone number only of incoming calls. Residential - $6.45 per month / Business - $8.20 per month CALLER ID DELUXE - Displays name and number of incoming calls. Residential - $7.60 per month / Business - $9.40 per month CALLER ID BLOCKING - (Calling Number Delivery Blocking) With Caller ID Blocking you can prevent your telephone number and/or your name from being displayed to customers that have Caller ID. Subscribers to Caller ID have the option to activate Anonymous Call Rejection. Caller ID blocking is available free of charge to all customers. Caller ID Blocking Activation 67 / Caller ID Unblocking Activation (per call) 82 CALL RETURN (STAR 69) - You don t have to miss any calls with this feature because you can automatically redial the number of the last person to call you. Even if the number is busy, when you have call return the number will automatically be redialed for you. When the call gets through, you will be signaled with a distinctive ring that lets you know your call can be completed. Call Returned Activation 69 / Call Returned Deactivation 89 Residential - $3.50 per month / Business - $4.70 per month CUSTOMER RINGING SERVICE (TEEN LINE) - You can have up to four telephone numbers on the same line, and distinguish each number with a distinctive ring. The billing number for the phone is your primary number, any additional numbers up to four becomes the custom numbers, and each of these numbers will have a distinctive ring.
