Access: Off Routes 80 and 69 La Grange Beach Access: One-quarter mile north of Frederiksted, walking distance from the pier on Route 63 Beach bar, scuba, snorkeling, and volleyball. Rainbow Beach Access: One mile north of Frederiksted on Route 62 Beach bar, scuba, snorkeling, and volleyball. Reef Beach East end of Christiansted.
